Billing, Trials & Cancellations
How free trials, subscriptions, renewals, and cancellations work.
1. Free trial
New accounts may receive a time-limited free trial. At trial end, access continues only if you start a paid plan. We may change or withdraw trials at our discretion.
2. Subscriptions
Plans renew automatically each period until cancelled. Prices and plan details are shown at checkout. Taxes may apply. We will notify you of material price changes in advance where required.
3. Cancellations
You can cancel anytime before the next renewal; access typically continues until the end of the paid period. Use the account or billing portal (e.g., Stripe) to manage your subscription. Where applicable consumer laws give you a statutory cooling-off period, you may lose it if you request immediate service provision.
4. Refunds
Refunds are not guaranteed. We may consider good-faith requests for service issues, subject to applicable consumer laws.
5. Payment issues
Failed or disputed payments may lead to suspension. Keep billing details up to date. We are not responsible for fees charged by your bank/card provider.
6. Changes
We may update plans or pricing with notice where required. Continued use after changes indicates acceptance.
